WELCOME TO BUSINESS MANAGEMENT!

So we are now coming to what some may call the ‘meat and potatoes’ of running your business or clinic. This is the section that will help you grow your business and create more income. What you will discover is more investment potential and a quicker way to FINANCIAL FREEDOM. Just for ease of use, from this point forward, we will just use the term “business” to describe those who have clinics, small businesses, or private practices of any kind. How is it possible that we can incorporate every type of practice from clinics to attorney’s offices into one section? Because all businesses or clinics or private practices basically have the same issues. Finding customers (or patients or clients), giving them superb service, and then running the ‘machine’ of the actual business. This includes staff, day-to-day operations, paying bills, marketing, and on top of providing excellent service! You will have some special areas that your business may have different from others, such as how you charge for services, but even then, you are still charging clients/patients/customers for a service.

Let’s go to the manual titled BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. When you reach the assignments, come back to this section of your MEMBERS AREA and do the appropriate assignment. Remember no matter how silly it may seem, do what is asked. Studies have shown that if we can create an anchor, you will remember these important topics better.
